HoodCleaningPro ("the App") is an internal business management tool used for managing work orders, invoices, scheduling, and QuickBooks integration. This privacy policy explains how we handle data.

When connected to QuickBooks Online, the App accesses:

• Customer names and billing addresses
• Invoice data (creation, status, payment)
• Company information (for authentication)

How We Use Data

QuickBooks data is used solely to create and sync invoices between this app and QuickBooks Online. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose other than the core invoicing functionality.

Data Storage

Invoice and customer data is stored securely within the app's database. QuickBooks OAuth tokens are stored as encrypted environment secrets and are never exposed to end users.

Third-Party Services

This app integrates with QuickBooks Online via the Intuit Developer Platform. Use of QuickBooks is subject to Intuit's Privacy Policy.
