End-User License Agreement

1. Acceptance

By using HoodCleaningPro ("the App"), you agree to the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

The App grants authorized users a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for internal business operations including work order management, scheduling, and invoicing.

3. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
• You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its connected services.

4. QuickBooks Integration

The App connects to QuickBooks Online on behalf of the business to create and manage invoices. Use of this integration is subject to Intuit's Terms of Service. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App owner is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this application.

6. Termination

Access to the App may be revoked at any time at the discretion of the administrator. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
